and no, I don’t mean sex…lol.  The weather is killing me.  It’s boiling outside.  It’s so humid and the air’s so heavy that breathing is a struggle.  It just sucks!  Last night there were terrible storms in Chicago…even tornado warnings in the downtown area.  Lucky for me, I legoft there several days ago and missed all the action…now I’ve just returned to hot and dry.

Have any of you ever had food poisoning?  I had a horrible case of it yesterday after eating out at a Mexican restaurant the night before.  It was like the worst case of the flu I’ve ever had times two.  I woke up yesterday morning at 6am and thought I was dying.  I ran back and forth from the couch to the bathroom all day and all night and in between I slept and slept and slept.  I think I lost about 4 pounds yesterday, which is great, but not the way I would have chosen to lose it.

This morning I feel a lot better, still very weak, but about a 100% improvement over what I felt like yesterday at this time.  I’ll be taking it easy today…working on the computer and eating VERY light…lol.

Thursday, Thursday, Thursday….

I got my hair done and I really like it.  It looks a lot like Alyssa Milano’s in this picture.  It’s completely different for, but I was in the mood for a change.  I hope you guys like it as well…it’s an auburn brown and cut in layers (don’t worry, it’s still long and I’m going to continue to grow the length.  I’ll try to take a couple of pictures this weekend so  you can see what it looks like.  I can wear it with curls or straight, so I’ll try to take pics of both.

I’m home today from all my travels and am looking forward to being home for a couple of weeks before I hit the road again.  I love traveling, but as I’ve said many times, there’s no place like home.  I was gone so long this time that I was afraid that my dogs would forget me.  It was great to see that they didn’t.  As I’m sitting here typing, they are both on the couch with me (one on each side).  They about knocked me over when I came in the door…it was a really good feeling.

I’ve got so much catch up to do now that I’m home…site stuff and home stuff.  For those of you that don’t know me well, I’m a neat freak and my house has been sitting here getting dusty and stacked with mail for the last 2+ weeks, so I’m going to hop off and get my house cleaned and my laundry caught up and then I’ll have my dogs keep me company while I work here on the computer.

My week has continued on it’s crazy pace, but I did have a great side trip and a fantastic change of pace.  Thank you very much to my “special friend”…you know who you are.

Today is going to be a slower work day for me, so this morning I’m listening to some Portishead and getting ready to settle back into my book.  I’m on a mission to finish it by Monday am.  You guys may or may not like Barbara Walters, but I highly recommend her autobiography.  It’s amazing how many people she’s met along the way and the history on her family and her famous father, Lou Walters, is very interesting.  She’s really an icon in the broadcasting business and I’ve learned tons from reading about her experiences and thoughts on life.

I’m up and at it early this morning.  So much to do so little time…isn’t that the story of so many of our lives.  I have shoots scheduled this morning, I’m working on an article to submit to AVN magazine, I’m in negotiations to be a regular writer on another adult blog, business is taking me in many different directions and I’m taking a side trip to see a friend tomorrow (you know who you are).  I could probably fill up a page with my “Things to Do” list, but you guys have your own long lists I’m sure.  I often think that I could do so much more if I could figure out a way not to have to sleep. But…alas…not possible.  The lack of sleep always catches up with me.

I shouldn’t complain though…life is pretty good…just busy.  Well, I’m off to my busy morning…take care and have a fantastic day!

This has been one of the craziest two weeks I’ve had in a long time.  I’ve traveled to St. Louis, Kansas City, Indianapolis and Chicago.  Most of the time has been spent in Chicago, not only shooting content, but directing.  That’s something I’ve wanted to get into for awhile, but only recently had an opportunity.  As much as I love performing, directing is a whole other thrill.  I get to be a voyeur of sorts, and get to run the scene in a way that I think is hottest.  It really is a lot of fun, but is also time consuming.  It tends to turn a day that might be a three or four hour shoot day into an eight or ten hour day. But I can’t imagine doing anything else…what other line of business can you be in where you’re surrounded by sexy people getting it on all day and you get to be right in the middle of all of it.

I’ll be in Chicago through this weekend, except for a little side trip to see my friend “Speed Racer” on Thursday.  I can’t believe it’s been a month since we last got together, but I’m sure we’ll be making up for lost time when we see each other.

I do hope that the weather cooperates for Thursday’s trip.  It’s really been unsettled weather the whole time I’ve been gone.  Storms, extreme heat, high winds and lots of flooding…ooh my…lol.  Can we all say global warming?

Just a quick reading and sports update…with everything that’s been going on I still haven’t finished “Audition”.  Normally I would have wiped that out in a couple of days, but with only having enough time to cover a chapter or two a day it’s taking much longer than normal.  I have a whole stack of books behind that one to read, so I’m going to try to buckle down and finish it before the weekend so I can get on to Scott McClellan’s book.

I got to catch one quarter of each of game 1 and 2 of the NBA finals in between shooting scenes, but plan to watch the entire game tonight…at least that’s the plan…we’ll see.  I didn’t get to see the Belmont Stakes on Saturday and just caught the results on the radio, but that turned out ok because Big Brown brought up the rear…glad I didn’t place that bet.

Ok, well the morning starts…I’ve got to leave for a nail appointment and then off to The Alley to pick up an outfit for the next shoot.

Good morning everyone…

How was your Monday ( I know it was really Tuesday, but I bet it felt like Monday)?  I spent yesterday working on the site and answering emails and catching up on the news.  After watching the news, I almost always wish I hadn’t…it’s depressing, irritating or in this election season, it’s the same ol’ same ol’.

Something that does look interesting to me is the new book by former Press Secretary Scott McClellan about his days working for the President, the war in Iraq, and the other inner workings or misfunctions in the current administration.  I’m finishing a book now, but that’s definitely on the top of the list for the next book to read.

Another thing that I found interesting is that Anheiser Busch is in talks with foreign brewer InBev for a buy out offer…that is InBev is looking to purchase Anheiser Busch.  I’m not a beer drinker, but it’s impossible to me to think of an American beer company being sold to a foreign company.  Our country is in such turmoil (for many reasons) and we’re selling our companies, land, roads, water rights, etc to foreign countries. Oh don’t get me started…Lou Dobbs has the skinny…lol.

Ok…enough of my news reports.  I have to get out to the gym this morning.  Have a fantastic day and I’ll talk to you all soon.

Did everyone survive the weekend’s round of storms?  This has been the stormiest Spring I can remember in a long time.  Tornados, flooding, earthquakes, typhoons, brush fires….what is going on in the world?  It’s quite scary to me.  The damage I suffered over the weekend is nothing compared to what is going on in Myanmar.  My brain just can’t wrap around that many deaths at one time and the fact that their government isn’t letting aid in the country to help it’s residents.  The video from the country is just shocking and sad.  It’s also unbelieveable to me that the few reporters that are in the country have to hide from the government to avoid being arrested.

Ok…on to happier things…
Thanks to all of you who were in my cam shows last week!  It’s always great to have site members in the show to cheer me on.  I will be probably be doing just one show this week…so stay tuned to the site for the day and time.

I’m leaving for Columbus, OH on Friday for a personal appearance and then further north to see a special friend for a night of fun on Saturday…you know who you are…

Sunday, I’m headed to Chicago for a few days of content shooting and then back home.  I’ll be home for a couple of weeks and then back to Chicago and then out West for a couple of weeks and then a tour of the Midwest and then wrap up the summer in the south for Pleasurefest.  I’m hoping that I’ll be able to see several “special friends” throughout the summer too.  I’ll always make time in my schedule for times like that

The start of a new month…where has time gone again.  It seems like yesterday that some of my staff were pulling April Fools jokes on me, and now we’re almost to Derby.

I don’t know how many horse racing fans we have (I wouldn’t be one of them btw), but the Kentucky Derby is this Saturday.  My favorite part of Derby day is when they sing ‘My Old Kentucky Home’ right before the race starts.  I don’t know why, but that song always gets me.  The race itself I couldn’t care less about.  I don’t know anything about horses and wouldn’t begin to know how to bet on a race.  The Derby festival is now a two week long event and I know a lot of the locals are glad when Derby day finally arrives, so the tourists can go and life can return to normal.

After being gone all last week and through the weekend, I’ll be staying close to home this weekend.  I’ll watch some races, keep updated on the NBA playoffs and just chill.  I’m continually playing catch-up but think that after three “ball-busting” days…pardon the pun…I’m about back to where I should be.

I’m in the middle of a monsoon…lol.  Rain, rain, flooding and rain…where’s the sun?

I’m leaving early tomorrow for Kansas City for my hot friend Lana De’Vious’ birthday party.  Her birthday was last month, but her party plans were so huge it was too much to get put together by her actual birthday.

A cold, windy Easter weekend…spent with family by the fireplace.

I hope you all had a great Easter weekend too.  The weather around the country has been crazy, so I’m not sure how many easter egg hunts were effected, but with snow, rain and flooding I’m sure there were many having their hunts indoors.

I spent the weekend with family, juggling work, planning my travel schedule and watching basketball.  All in all, it was relaxing and very productive.

Kyle and I have been working on some promotions and I’ll be in the Kansas City area (April 4th-8th), Chicago (April 20th-25th), New York/Boston (May 11-25th), Reno/Sacramento/San Francisco (June 2008, dates to be determined).
